During the early '90s, American factory performance vehicles were a rare sight. Except for this one! The 1990 Chevrolet 454 SS High Performance Pickup.

The C/1500 full size pickup was a surprising platform for a high performance vehicle. Yet it translated into a powerful and unassuming beast! Equipped from the factory with a 7.4L (454ci) V8, the SS produced 230hp and 385 lb/ft of torque. Power was distributed to the rear wheels through a 3-speed automatic transmission and a 3.73 locking differential.

The 454 SS was also equipped for luxury. Finished in Onyx Black with Garnet Red custom cloth reclining high-back bucket seats, this pickup was ready for the strip or a night out on the town. Additional features included air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, electronic speed control, tilt steering, electronic audio system with graphic equalizer, performance handling package, and more.

Beautifully maintained, this 454 SS was also treated to a custom interior upgrade featuring real wood accents and custom headliner console. The interior upholstery, carpets, etc. are absolutely mint. With only 83k careful miles, this truck is in amazing condition and shows as though it were a far lower mileage vehicle.
